At Hoshino Resorts, he was involved in real estate and tourism business acquisitions and fund asset management. He obtained a Real Estate Securitization Master qualification. After working in corporate functions including business planning and fundraising at Japan Agriculture, he co-founded the company. He oversees corporate matters including finance and business planning, as well as M&A considerations for new farm businesses.

Takashi Kikuchi

Founder of "Minatoya," a popular soba restaurant that always has long lines. While working at Yamagata's Genkirakaginko Bank, he was involved in lending and sales. After becoming independent, he focused on soba and founded the business, growing it into a popular restaurant. The restaurant also appeared in the "Island Kousaku" manga series. He later served as representative director of multiple large-scale agricultural management corporations, embodying modern agriculture as a business leader. He oversees agricultural management strategy, brand, and IP.

Kenji Narushima
